About Me

I am a Seattle-based painter and photographer who finds my inspiration in the landscapes and ecosystems of the Pacific Northwest.

I am fascinated by the ever-adapting nature of plant communities and habitats in our region, and aim to use art as the format through which I learn and share this knowledge. I work mainly in acrylic, watercolor, and digital photography, sharing my process on this website as well as through social media and (hopefully soon) YouTube.

When I’m not in my studio (or on a trail with my camera!) you can find me biking around Seattle, beachcombing on a rocky Puget Sound beach, or hanging out with my two cats.
